Install Tyvec "Thermowrap" vapor barrier to studs. This Tyvec has an R factor of 2. 3. Install HardiPlank siding to walls. 4. Install 1x4 HardiBoard trim to windows, doors, corners and soffit areas. 5. Install Hardi soffit boards and Hardi trim boards to soffit and fascia. 6. Install 45-year silicone caulk to window, door, corner and soffit trim areas. 7. Paint siding and trim with Sherwin Williams 25-Year Super Paint. Two coats as per James Hardi warranty specs. |
